I agree with you Al, I HATE that Green arrow! It's sucks that the TA's only work one way! The work perfectly when you are oversold, but when you are overbought, they don't work.
The market ignores the overbought, and continues higher. This bull market would be so bad, if it wasn't such total bullshit.

As for Goldman, no I hadn't heard anything about criminal charges, only civil charges. So far, it has affect the market after hours. Do you have a link about it?

I guess filling those gaps what the market what's too do first. Let's see if they get them all filled today. I still think this is a fake out, and we will have more selling coming.
Here is a nice clue. Notice the huge gap on the today-yesterday VIX? Looks like it needs to close the gap on this one and soon. Looks like a revisit to the down side soon.

APPL closed the gap today as well
