The reason for the spike gang… A rumor was leaked by the gangsters that Bonehead is going to talk to Obummer about the Fiscal Cliff non-sense later tonight. So the shorts panic and get squeezed out.
You have to wonder why they put out the rumor during market hours instead of afterhours? If they did it after the market was closed then a deal would likely be reached and the shorts would be trapped Friday morning.
If you do it during market hours then the shorts will bailout today before the close. Then you can release the news tomorrow that no deal has been reached and there won’t be any shorts in the market (except the gangsters themselves, as they already know the outcome of the meeting).
So, I’ll remain short and take my chances that the above theory is correct… meaning we gap down tomorrow from no deal being reached.
was listening to Santielli talk of the 250k pre bush tax rate and how because of the dollar worth much less, it equates to taxing people at 160k. To get it to the 1993 pre bush tax rate equally, they woudl have to raise the fiscal cliff rate to 380k…..
I can’t tell you how many times in the past I’d see a nice down day like today and think that there would be a bounce the next day from me to get in short… only to be disappointed as it gaped down and traded sideways all day long on that 2nd down day.
They just won’t allow the bears a chance to get short at, or allow the bulls out… at least not until they’ve dropped it 30-40 SPX points first. By that time you miss the biggest move and the remaining points down are full of wild swings to take you out of your position.
Just look back all the times the market closed at the highs or at the lows with a long solid candle and you’ll see there’s at least a 90% chance of a continuation move the next day.
I was torn when selling because I know tomorrow we will get some more selling, but I decided to tak e profits in hope of them raising this at the last hour….I;m hoping for a late day run and then no big gap down tomorrow, but I might be asking for too much on that. Well see
Don’t know yet Anthony? It could be the closing price today? If we close at the low remember that there is a very high probability that there will be a lower low tomorrow… so I’d stay short at least into the morning to see what happens.
Sadly, he’s being lied too I believe. Lindsey Williams seems like an honest person but I think he’s drinking the elites cool-aid a little too much. There will be a crash! And the Illuminati can’t stop it! My timeline remains… the July/August 2013 period will be the last important high before a huge collapse.
