Christian Ronaldo scored the only goal in yesterday’s Portugal-Czech Republic game to predictably propell Portugal into the semifinals. He scored in the 79th minute. I got to the game just as he put in the score. Apparently, I hadn’t missed much since the Czechs decided to go into defensive lockdown mode the entire game. Some guy inferred that they were mimicking Chelsea.
